In order to meet the needs of national ocean science frontier and national economic development and based on ocean science research and observation networks, efforts will be made by COMSCAS to integrate existing data resources to realize the coupling of data and computing, and build a marine science big data center featuring normative standards, integrated system, efficient sharing, and comprehensive display to serve marine scientific discovery and management decision-making.
